Finalizing of gathering plans by Amy. Still needed before May 18,19:

Amy: vegetable, veggie main.
Susan: cheese (donation), coffee stuff, bagel/muffins
Wayne or Jan: donation of bread from 9th st bakery for friday
Ed: (probably won't need to buy bread) how about drinks from general store cafe?
Jan(?): pasta salad(?)

Elena called in an RSVP head count likely to be 25-30. Amy says no campers yet. Ed has two beds still open.

Susan spent four hours on saturday doing a media blitz for calendar listings in local papers, Asheville, Winston/Salem & Greenville. Flyers will be going out this week for friday night.

Treasurer's Report: Funds transfers this month totaling $322.00. Bringing our total balance up to $382.97
